Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page — no questions asked. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to Free automatically. There are no cancellation fees.

Start a trial and you get full Pro access immediately — no credit card required. At the end of 7 days you can choose to subscribe at $9/month or $79/year. We'll remind you by email before the trial ends. If you don't subscribe you automatically drop back to the Free plan; nothing is charged.

Pro unlocks the full deep-dive analysis for every project: tokenomics breakdown, risk factors & red flags, competitive landscape, and investment thesis. You also get unlimited Qai AI assistant questions, an unlimited watchlist, and early access to new whitepapers as soon as they're processed.

Monthly billing is $9/month, billed each month. Annual billing is $79/year — you save $29 compared to paying month-to-month. Both options unlock the same full Pro feature set. You can switch between billing intervals from your account settings.

If you're not happy within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact support and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Trial periods are free so no charge applies if you cancel before they end.

The price you sign up at is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. We may adjust pricing for new subscribers in the future, but existing subscribers keep their rate. You'll always be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

Your watchlist and Qai chat history are preserved for 90 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything is waiting for you exactly as you left it. After 90 days, watchlist projects beyond the Free plan limit (5 projects) are archived, and chat history beyond 7 days is cleared.

Yes — you can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your account settings. Switching to annual applies a prorated credit for your remaining monthly days and locks in the current annual rate. Switching to monthly takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We never sell your personal data. Your Qai conversations are used only to generate your responses and are not shared with third parties or used to train external models. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store card details. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
